Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any change of mind after making a purchase will not be entertained
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed or labels removed
  • Request of exchange or refund made after the 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, Hummal will cover return shipping costs
