Orders and Delivery
We ship and deliver the products across Pakistan. Delivery may take 3-5 working days. However, deliverables may take additional 3-5 days during national holidays.
Once your order is placed, a pop will appear on your screen, showing ‘order confirmed’. You will also receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp and/or email with the details of your order.

Sure thing. You can add items or make amends to an existing order provided that it has not been processed or dispatched. We advise customers to try amending your order in the first 12 hours of order placement.Â

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. For exchange to happen, make sure that all the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For now, we do not offer returns for a change of mind. However, you can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details so we can assist you with the exchange process.
There will be no extra or additional charges on any exchange.
